Hello!  We are Rick and Amy Yarosh and we are the owners of The Sub Factory. Amy's mom and dad, Lorie and Bob, owned the restaurant together from September 2001 until Bob's unexpected passing in 2016. We purchased the restaurant from Amy's mother in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. 

We know how much this restaurant meant to Bob, so in his honor, we named our best-selling turkey sub, after him.  "Bobby" is what our daughter Tenley always called her grandpa, so that is what we named the sub. We love the family involvement in the restaurant as Amy, Lorie and Kristen (Amy's sister) work here. Every once in a while you'll catch a glimpse of one of our girls or a niece or nephew earning a little extra money as they work hard. 

As you will be able to tell from the large flag on the front of the building and other things around the restaurant, we love this country that has afforded us so much. We understand that our opportunity is just that, an opportunity.  With hard work and patience this restaurant is a part of our American Dream.  

You will find a sign in our restaurant that reads this:
